Basmati Rice


  
This is one of the most popular varieties of rice. In India, Basmati called "The King of Rice" - because he is not only has pleasant aroma and excellent taste but also remain crisp after cooking.
  Prepare basmati rise is very easy. Many people advise just to put the rice in boiling water (1 cup of rice, 2 cup of water) and cook for about 5 min, then remove from the heat and keep lid for another 20 minutes, but I will show you another way to cook it.

Ingredients: 




Basmati rice - 1 cup (or 300 ml vs. 600 ml of water)
Oil - 2 tablespoon 
Water - 2 cup
Salt, pepper - according to your taste.


Direction:

-Preheat the cooking pan with 2 tablespoon of oil in it.

- Put rice in it (wash it before) and fry for about 3-4 minutes(it will change color to bright white), always mix to avoid stickiness.



- Add 2 cups of water (or 600 ml if you measure your rice as 300 ml before) and salt and pepper. Wait till it's start to boil. Cover cooking pan, reduce fire to minimum and cook for 30 min without opening.
