Ingredients:
Quinoa - 1 cup
Water - 1,5 cup
Frozen green pees - 1/3 cup
Salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Chicken soup - 1 teaspoon
Direction:
1. First you need to wash and soak Quinoa in water for 5-10 min.
**The soaking is needed to break down the outer shell of the grains and prevent slightly bitter taste of it which may occur if soaking is skipped.
2. Bring water with green pees to boil and add Quinoa, salt and chicken soup in it.
4. Switch off the fire and let it sit for 5 extra minutes covered.
P.S. When Quinoa is ready you will see that it double its size and each grain have a little white tail:) That's the sign.. Ready!
