Little Cupcakes Bakeshop.

This Bakeshop fits perfect for persons who don’t want to be alone in silent, because it’s a crowdy place with loud music and endless movement of people. I saw a guy who read some book in the middle of the shop and seemed enjoyable. There also were two girls who talked and wrote something on the notebook, it looked like interview and nothing bothered them. The rest of visitors were similar to tourists.
At Little Cupcakes Bakeshop you always can get different kind of tea or coffee and some bake of course. They have a big amount of cupcakes and cakes, which is not easy to choose.
This place is good for stop by for a while, when you spend time in SOHO, to take rest and make life sweeter. For more information you can go to their site and discover that they have even own philosophy ;)

They like to repaint the wall outside in various stiles, that's why we can have different background for our pictures ;) Thanks them for this too!

Big cities like New York...

Big cities like New York offer people the chance to become who they want to be, free to realize their potential, free to sign a new song. Big cities don’t lock you in.

Staten Island Ferry Ride

Staten Island Ferry. I know I'm not going to surprise a real New Yorker with information I'll provide below. We all know a benefits of this free ferry ride;) But besides us It's many people who coming to New York each year and this tip, I hope, will be helpful for them.
Staten Island Ferry located in Downtown at the southernmost tip of Manhattan near Battery Park. You need to take 1 train to Downtown till last stop "South Ferry" or R train to Downtown as well till "Whitehall St, South Ferry". Over there you most likely will see a big sign "Staten Island Ferry", if not, you can always ask anybody on the street.
This Ferry ride is a great and free way to see Manhattan from water point of view and the most visited New York attraction and icon of freedom of the United States  - The Statue of Liberty
The Ferry operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
Remember: it's no service on Monday morning, first ride is at 12 noon. This is the schedule.

It's a beautiful ride which last about 30 minutes each way + about 10-15 minute waiting time in Staten Island side before arrival toward Manhattan. When you'll get to Staten Island side just follow the flow of people since you need to switch the boat in order to go back.

Boat to go back
Whoever come to visit me in New York I always take them to this ride and they absolutely LOVE IT. You can capture a great and stunning pictures since it's provide a great views, besides the Statue of Liberty, to Manhattan, New Jersey and Verrazano Bridge. The Ferry boat is very spacious and in summer time windows are open and nice warm wind blow to your face and give you feeling of adventure :)

Toby's Estate Coffee

I'd like to share with you one location where I like to be not because of great food or coffee but because it's so nice just to sit there with the book or laptop and enjoy atmosphere around you.
The address is: 125 N 6th Street, (between Berry St and Bedford Ave) Brooklyn, NY 11211, Williamsburg - North Side.

I tried only Brazilian Drip coffee over here...and I didn't have that "WoooW" feeling. But if I didn't like it doesn't mean that you will not as well;)
I want to talk mainly about the place.  First of all it's very spacious. Hight ceilings, huge windows that takes almost whole front part, gorgeous wall decorations around, espresso lab and roastery in the back.

The place is big because it's high ceilings and a lot of lights that coming in. But it's not that many seats. In a rush hour you may not find one, so if you are planning to stick around, pick the right hour to reserve a nice chair near window;)

I always get there this feelings of calmness and peace (despite the noise), desire to do something adventures, because some pieces of decoration are old enough (or they just look old?) to make you feel how much time already past by now...how much will after..and if don't do something now than when?!
