Away from skyscrapers air is clean, you get out to the nature more often and if you will just put aside a hectic city life with all its technology you will see the difference. Plus most of us got a "bad habits", stress and slip deprivation.

Often people wonder how it is possible in the morning to fill refreshed and workable. The right breakfast is one of the key for that. Even though many people, especially dieting girls skip breakfast, believing that it will help them to lose weight... In fact, breakfast is the most important meal that starts the metabolism and gives the body source of energy for a new day.
Lack of breakfast or wrong morning diet could cause various problems. The goal of the morning meal is to start all processes in the body, "wake it up" to prepare for the day of work.
