Preparing brain for making art...

Sometimes our life can appear to us like boring and priceless one. It can happen when we tired and had time for ourselves long time ago.
We are humans and our brain needs creativity. We have many “have to do” things every day and wish to do “get to do” things, but how big this difference between them in reality? Maybe everything depends on our attitude?
We create something every day; just let you to think about it more openly.  Even when we are cooking dinner or cleaning our house we are making something that wasn’t there before, we are creating something pleasant – at least in someone’s opinion ;). We all looking for something more then just regular things in our life, we want to make art, that’s why so many hobbies exist. Sometimes it is the only way when we can find real relaxation and make our brain happy. The solution for many “soul-artists”, who don’t have time for art or hobbies, is to change the way they think about their lives and make everything they do an expression of creativity.

Here are some ways to make our life more creative and artistic:

We all love stories, we create them every day, when describing our day, or for keeping our memory alive. There’s no better way to keep our brain in gear than to make up stories about what’s going on around us. It could be fun, especially when our friends and relatives will join us.

Carry a small notebook to sketch or make notes. Every day we have something that must be worthy to take place in our small notebook. Even during the work we can find little time for creating a picture or some notes. This habit will help us to keep our mind in shape.

Make everything an adventure. It's very good practice for kids too. It’s great if even the simple thing, like a trip to the store can turn into an exciting journey.

Every time, when we make a conversation with people we should try to be totally involved. We can ask them many questions and patiently wait for answers, but during that time we can try to predict the answers in our brain. It’s great exercise and has many benefits; we will learn how to listen and think in the same time (multitasking will take placeJ) and how to make fewer mistakes in predicting.

Be attentive to our dream. Dreams can inspire new ideas and once we learn to use our dreams they can be invaluable in helping solve some problems. Keep notebook near the bed to record ideas.

When we can’t write or draw we can use a voice-activated digital recorder. We can carry a small one in our pocket to record ideas when we don’t have time to write them down. It’s amazing how many things we can capture in spare moments throughout the day. We will look like real journalists and will feel like them too J. We can repeat some lovely phrases from the street if we want to remember them in the future. It is great for learning English too.

Now we can start to add some creativity to our life, don’t you think? ;)
                                                    To be continued…
