How to reduce heartburn at home.

Almost everyone has heartburn sometimes. This feeling is not from pleasant one. You feel like an acid concentrate got stock in your chest and you can't really talk and breath, because any move irritates you..
The cause of this discomfort is that food from stomach (where food was already kind of digest) go back to the esophagus. Heartburn is the sign of high acidity in the stomach. Baking Soda could help to reduce it because its alkaline compound which neutralize acidity.
The food that may cause it: deserts, fried dishes and any other food that serves hot.
I know one quick recipe that my grandma used. It's very helpful when you don't have any pills near you and take a minute to make.

We need:
 1. 1 tea.sp. of baking Soda
 2. 0.5 Glass of warm water
On the pic: It's russian Soda (Sodium bicarbonate) (you can get it in any Russian store)

Mix it all together till soda dissolve and drink it. (Put don't really pleasant taste aside because it works and will help)

But remember! This recipe is a quick solution for those who don't have chronic heartburn. It's not for frequent use. Excess alkali accumulates in the blood, which leads to disturbance of acid-base balance.
