Buy-Sell-Trade Stores.

Why do we need clothes?
Clothes is something that from thousands of years ago our ancestors used to to put over the body to cover nakedness, protect themselves from cold or heat, for special rituals and camouflage. Nowadays is something more meaningful to people. It's a tool to show your status in the society, your uniqueness in style, nice lines of the body and you just feel so good when you look good. But one day, your day off, you are coming home after shopping and realize that you have no place in your closet to hang your new jacket or shirt... Frustrating... And the clothes you have is still in good condition, you can't just through it or give to someone. But at the same time you need to make space for the new things to come, like this pretty jacket that you holding in your hands. What to do will you ask?
I would like to share with you one nice way to recycle your clothes and make some money out of it. Of course I'm not talking about sweater that you wearing on BBQ time while enjoying nature on Fire Island, but about clothes in good condition and good brands (From Gap to Gucci). You can trade it. There are many stores around New York where you can do it. I'd like to talk about one of them.

Crossroads Trading Co, is one of the stores where I sell my clothes from time to time. It's located in Williamsburg, on N7, between Bedford and Berry St. You need L train to Bedford Ave station.

How it works?
You need to bring your used or "new" clothes (in good condition), they will check it and if they buy it you will receive  35% of the price they will sell the clothes in cash, or 50% in store credit. For example I sold there my True Religion velvet pants, they bought it for 35$ and I got 17,5 in store credit. When you come there to sell you need to be at least 18 and have a valid ID. Remember as well which season now, because they not going to buy a summer clothes in winter time and you can always go to their website to check whats "hot" now.
They have big selection.

All nicely organized by colors..
Give your clothes a second chance to shine and make some money out of this! :)
